#26 is a place called the e0;castl8” in Portsmouth NH. It used to be the Navy’s prison for folks not going to Leavonworth. Also, it was the destination in the Jack Nicholson movie “The Last Detail”. My dad used to be the supply chief there in the early 70′s.
